Arrests made over Huddersfield shooting as suspect flees police
A man has been arrested at a hotel in Wakefield after a shooting in Huddersfield last week.
Police had been called to Friar Place in Bradley on Tuesday evening to reports a firearm had been shot in the street, causing damage to a property and windows.
Three Huddersfield men, aged 18, 23, and 19 were arrested and have since been released under investigation or bail.
Now police from the Homicide and Major Enquiry Team (HMET) have made a fourth arrest at a hotel in Silkwood Park.

A spokesperson said: "While at the hotel, we identified a man wanted in connection with the incident.
"The 20-year-old, who is from Huddersfield, initially fled and suffered an injury following a fall.
"He was taken to hospital for treatment and also arrested on suspicion of firearm offences. A scene remains in place at the hotel."
