WATCH: Cash, cocaine and stolen motorbike seized in dawn raids

This is the moment police raided a property in Bradford during an operation to crackdown on drugs in the city.

Shortly after 5am on Friday July 31, officers executed a warrant on Muirhead Drive, in the Holmewood area of the city.

Following searches, approximately four-thousand pounds in cash, crack cocaine, a knife, multiple mobile phones and a stolen motorcycle were found.

A man, aged 45 and a woman, aged 42 have been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs, police said.

They remain in custody at this time.

Sergeant Charlie Smallwood of Bradford South Neighbourhood PoIicing Team, Operation Sweetgill, said: “We take a proactive approach to tackling drugs, and these arrests are the culmination of hard work and diligence by our officers.

“We know the supply and distribution of drugs fuels violence in our communities, and we are determined to crackdown on these crimes.

"I would urge members of the public to provide intelligence to the police in relation to drug offences or concerns about suspicious activity. Any information no matter how small is vital.”
