A field was in flames in North Yorkshire tonight (Friday).
Hay bales and hedges also caught light in the fire between Sherburn and South Milford.
Multiple fire crews have been sent to the scene, which is close to Athelstan Community Primary School and Highfield Villas.

Milford Road was closed due to the smoke.
Keir Mather, the MP for Selby and Kippax, posted on Facebook: “I’ve seen reports of a serious fire in a field between Sherburn in Elmet and South Milford.
“I understand emergency services are now on site and traffic is being diverted. Please avoid the area where possible.
“I’ll be working with the police and fire service in the coming days to determine what happened – and my thoughts are with everyone who has been affected.”
We understand fire crews have now got the blaze under control.
