A MISSING 15-year-old girl from York has been found safe and well, North Yorkshire Police have confirmed.
The teenager was found following a public appeal issued by the force yesterday afternoon (Thursday, July 30), after being last seen at her home around 3pm the day before.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "It was thanks to information that was received as a result from the appeal that helped us locate her.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal and provided information.
"Your support helped us bring her home safely."
