A MOTORIST allegedly drove at stewards in a 'road rage' incident at a popular country show in North Yorkshire earlier this week.
Police are appealing for witnesses following the vehicle-related incident at Ryedale Show, held at Duncombe Park, Helmsley.
The incident was reported to have occurred at approximately 4pm on Tuesday, July 28 in one of the event car parks.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "It involves an allegation that a green Land Rover Defender was driven towards event stewards.
"All parties involved have been spoken to and enquiries are ongoing.
"We're particularly appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
