York St John University is offering free online events to help prospective students and families navigate the entry process.
The sessions aim to support those preparing for results day and the university clearing process.
Three webinars will be held from August 4 to 6, each tailored to specific audiences.
Matthew Taylor, director of admissions at York St John University, said: "Our webinars for applicants and their parents and supporters are a really important part of the service that we offer.
"We’ll give an easy-to-understand breakdown of what will happen on results day and during clearing."
The first webinar, What to Expect on Results Day for Prospective Students, will take place on Tuesday, August 4, from 4pm to 4.30pm.
A session for parents and supporters will follow on Wednesday, August 5, from 6pm to 6.30pm.
The final event, a Clearing Q&A, will run on Thursday, August 6, from 4pm to 4.30pm.
The university is also offering guaranteed accommodation for clearing applicants who apply and accept their offers by Saturday, August 15.
On results day itself, Thursday, August 13, York St John will open its Clearing Call Centre from 8am to 7pm to provide dedicated advice and support.
