A hose has been used to flood part of a top York hotel, police said.
Officers have issued a photograph of a man they want to speak to about the incident at Grays Court Hotel in Chapter House Street, near York Minster.
North Yorkshire Police said an investigation is underway into the “criminal damage” which happened on Wednesday, June 17.
The force on Wednesday (July 29) issued the photograph, saying the man pictured “will have information that could help our investigation”.
