York-based firm Cellhire has announced four new appointments as it looks to grow its presence and expand its partner network in the mobile and IoT connectivity space.

The hires span channel development, campaign management, and business development.

They also follow the recent appointment of a new head of marketing, Sophie Lockwood.

Julia Paterson, who has previously worked with Gamma, Vodafone, and Onecom Partners, joins Cellhire as channel development manager.

Ms Paterson said: "It’s great to be joining Cellhire at a time of rapid growth and change in mobile and IoT."

She will be focused on expanding the company’s reseller network and supporting partners in developing their mobile connectivity offerings.

Eleanor Langan joins as campaign manager, bringing experience in campaign delivery and content creation.

Ms Langan said: "I'm excited to be joining and helping strengthen Cellhire's marketing across mobile and IoT, delivering campaigns and content that showcase what the business does best and drive its continued growth."

Danielle Morris also joins as channel development manager, with a background in customer acquisition and business growth across multiple sectors.

Ellie Whytock, who takes on the role of channel business development executive, will be tasked with identifying and securing new channel partners.

Ms Whytock said: "Identifying and winning new prospects is a core part of business and marketing, and one I’m very much looking forward to."

Cellhire managing director Matt Bennett welcomed the new team members, saying: "Each of our new starters brings something distinct for channel relationships and commercial drive.

"And our new Head of Marketing Sophie Lockwood strengthens our marketing capability. Together, they give us a stronger platform to help our partners grow."

Under the new approach, the company aims to offer partners proactive support, user-friendly technology, and margin protection as key pillars of the programme.
