A former student and holiday let flat block in York has hit the market – for £1.1 million.
The development of four self-contained apartments in Leake Street, off Lawrence Street, is for sale.
It includes two ground floor one-bedroom flats and two duplex apartments arranged over the first and second floors.
The development was completed in 2023 and has since been operated as holiday lets and student accommodation.

An Ashtons spokesperson said the one-bedroom apartments are “estimated to achieve £1,100-£1,200 pcm, with the duplex apartments expected to achieve approximately £1,500 pcm”.
They said the sale is an “excellent opportunity to acquire a modern development of four self-contained apartments, completed in 2023 and ideally positioned close to York city centre and the University of York”.
“The development is likely to appeal to investors seeking a fully residential block with a proven letting history and multiple income-generating opportunities within one of York's most resilient rental markets,” the spokesperson added.
