Located in Otley Road, the scheme is part of an expansion to Newett Homes’ sold-out The Pastures development.
The 1.5-acre site will feature nine energy-efficient homes, each fitted with solar panels and an electric vehicle charging point.
Will Newett, chief executive at Newett Homes, said: "Harrogate continues to see strong demand for high-quality family homes, particularly in established locations where opportunities for new development are increasingly limited.
"The acquisition of this site enables us to build on the success of the first phase of The Pastures and gives us the opportunity to deliver another collection of homes that reflects the expectations of today's buyers."
The homes will include three, four, and five-bedroom options, designed to meet ongoing demand for premium family housing.
Construction of the new phase will begin immediately, with the first homes already released for sale off-plan through estate agent William H Brown.
Newett Homes will contribute £65,000 towards community and infrastructure improvements as part of its planning obligations.
First residents are expected to move in from February 2027, with the development scheduled for completion in May 2027.
