A man has stolen ‘nearly £100 worth of stock’ from a supermarket in a York suburb.

A MAN has stolen ‘nearly £100 worth of stock’ from a supermarket in a York suburb.

North Yorkshire Police has released a CCTV image of a man its officers would like to speak to after a theft from the Co-op in Broadway, Fulford.

It happened on July 1 and “involved the theft of nearly £100 worth of stock.”

“Please contact us if you recognise the man pictured on CCTV, as he may have information that will assist our investigation,” said a spokesperson for the force.
