A pick-your-own flower field near York recently opened to the public.
Dunnington Flower Field welcomed visitors to Church Balk in Dunnington, near York, from July 17.
The new attraction allows guests to hand-pick their own bouquets from a field in full bloom.
Oliver Medforth, who is behind the project, said: "We're incredibly excited to welcome everyone to Dunnington Flower Field.
"It's been wonderful watching the flowers grow over the past eight weeks, and we can't wait to share them with the community.
"We hope visitors will enjoy creating their own unique bouquets while spending time outdoors in a beautiful setting."
Created as a space for families, friends, and flower enthusiasts of all ages, the flower field features thousands of blooms, including Medieval Carpet, Vale of York Bloom, and other seasonal varieties.
Guests can pick their own flowers, enjoy refreshments from local businesses, and take part in a range of events throughout the summer.
Planned events include a yoga night on August 5 from 7pm to 8pm, a sound bath session on August 11, also from 7pm to 8pm, a live music night with Ross Mcwhirter on August 14, and a special breathwork session on August 26, from 7pm to 8pm.

The Dunnington Flower Field team said they are passionate about supporting local suppliers and creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
More events are expected to be announced throughout the flowering season.

The site is accessible by car and public transport, with the number 10 and X46 bus routes stopping directly outside.
