Watch moment drink-driver is arrested as part of crackdown in Yorkshire
This is the moment police in Yorkshire arrested a drink driver - as part of a spate of drivers being held for testing over the legal limit behind the wheel.
Five drink-drivers have been stopped in recent days by officers and South Yorkshire Police has warned: “Don't make the same mistake.”
A spokesperson said: “There is never an excuse to drink and drive - and getting behind the wheel when you've had a drink is one of the four leading contributory factors in serious or fatal collisions.
“If officers suspect a vehicle is being driven by someone who is over the legal drink-drive limit, they will request for the vehicle to stop and carry out a roadside breath test.
“Between 2am and 6am on 18 July, officers on patrol in Doncaster stopped five drink-drivers, all of whom provided positive roadside breath tests which indicated they were not legally safe to drive.

“The highest reading of 110 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath was over three times the legal drink-drive limit of 35.
“All five who were arrested have since been charged with driving a motor vehicle while over the legal drink-drive limit and are set to appear before the courts.
“If you suspect someone is drink or drug-driving, then please report it to us so we can take action.”
