A PERSON was taken to hospital after a two-vehicle crash in a main road in a North Yorkshire town.
The county's fire and rescue service said it happened in Boroughbridge Road, Knaresborough, at about 6.40pm yesterday (Sunday, July 26).
A North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "One person was assisted from their vehicle and transported to hospital by road.
"Crews made the other vehicle safe and removed it from the main road.
"Crew power used only and the incident was left with the police."
